What L7 Home Inspections Needed

José already had a website when he came to ClearView, but his previous designer had built something that didn’t reflect his business. The site was written to make him look like a multi-inspector company, had sections for contractors, he doesn’t need, and no location pages for the Central Texas cities he actually serves. He needed someone to rebuild his site with a strategy specifically designed for his business.

  • A site that matched his identity as a solo inspector, not a template built for a larger company
  • Individual pages for the Central Texas cities he serves
  • A booking funnel where every page pointed visitors toward scheduling an inspection
  • A lead capture system to follow up with buyers who weren’t ready to book right away
  • Copy and structure he had real input on, with a designer who stayed in the room for the whole process

What ClearView Built

  • A full WordPress website built around L7 Home Inspections as a solo TREC-licensed inspector in Central Texas
  • Eight individual location pages covering Temple, Killeen, Waco, Harker Heights, Belton, Gatesville, Copperas Cove, and Nolanville
  • A booking funnel where every page directs visitors back to the online scheduler
  • A free Central Texas Homebuyer’s Guide with a dedicated landing page and automated email welcome sequence through Kit
  • Branded print assets including a realtor rack card and flyer
  • Two WordPress logins: a full-access admin account and an everyday account with guardrails that prevent accidental site damage

José shared this after his ClearView site launched:

“With my previous designer, I felt like I wasn’t being listened to. The second meeting, he got defensive. I shut down after that, just let him do whatever he wanted. That’s why there was stuff on that website I didn’t need, different boxes for contractors. I don’t deal with contractors at all.

Even though at first I didn’t want to be too involved, because of that previous experience, I ended up enjoying everything about the way you created the process. You being the wife of a home inspector, you understanding what we need, where we come from, versus somebody just designing a website for you. You listened to everything I asked, and never made me feel stupid.

The flow from one page to the next, everything takes you back to a scheduled inspection. Everything is based on that. That website is me. You make it very simple. If I could do it, anybody can, because when it comes to websites, I’m not that guy. I wasn’t freaking out or nothing, because everything was very easy to follow. Those little things just set you way apart from everybody else.

[I’d tell someone else] do it. Take the chance. Because they won’t regret it.”
